The New England Line Dance Showstopper is held at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Providence-Warwick Hotel in Warwick, RI. The hotel is located beside I-95 and just over a mile from T.F. Green International Airport serving Providence and the surrounding area. 

There is a free 24/7 shuttle between TF Green Airport (Providence/Warwick) and the Crowne Plaza.

Our block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, RI is completely sold out! Although there are a few rooms left at the Crowne Plaza we are not able to add these to our block and so the rooms are available at a much higher rate. We have two overflow hotels for you to choose from.

TownePlace Suites

We have set aside a block of rooms at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in nearby North Kingstown, RI. This hotel will be best suited for dancers who are arriving in the area by car, as there is no shuttle between TownePlace Suites and the Crowne Plaza Hotel where the event will take place.
Rooms in our group block at TownePlace Suites are $209/night plus applicable state tax (currently 14%), the same rate as our block at the Crowne Plaza.

Please mention the New England Line Dance Showstopper at the time of booking to receive the discounted rate. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before July 27th, 2026. There is a minimun 2-night stay (Friday & Saturday) to get the group rate. Reservations include free breakfast at the hotel.

Holiday Inn Express

We also have a block of rooms at the Holliday Inn Express, located 1 mile from TF Green Airport; there is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Our block of rooms at the Holiday Inn, is also be $209 per night (plus taxes). This rate includes a hot breakfast. One room type comes with a King Bed and includes a sofa-bed and can sleep up to 4 people. The other room type has 2 Queen Beds and also allows for 4 guests.
